The staff is amazing and very helpful. I've always felt welcome here. Tonight, I called in a panic after my keychain broke, I got home and could not get in , my house keys were gone. They walked the range where I was shooting to search for them and even went above and beyond by walking the bitter cold parking lot for me while tried to locate my keys. It may seem like a small gesture of kindness to some but to me this was much more. Thank you.

Probably the best indoor range I've been to. Staff is helpful, nice and welcoming to new shooters. Took my conceal carry class with Tony and he was very informative and had a great time! Clean, great and professional range. Highly recommend

Me and my wife took the gun couples class, and loved it. The instructor, I think his name was Tony? Was very good, clearly passionate about teaching proper gun safety and use. It made for a great date night, and we can't wait to go back and practice what we learned.

This is a nice range. Coming from TX where we don’t have any sort of FOID restrictions, I was a little concerned about the rules about FOID holders getting non-residents in. To my surprise, they made the process smooth and painless and me my father and brother had a great time. They have a pistol and a rifle range but you can still shoot pistols on the rifle range. The range itself is modern, clean, and run very well. Ventilation is good and the staff is very friendly. Will go again next time I visit Illinois.

Have attended several classes at this location. Most recently this week. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff and awesome instructors. Clean and secure facility. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing but great things to say about On Target! They are very professional, safety conscious, and friendly. Every time I enter the shop, every employee I have come into contact with has been great. I took a class there last week that was top notch. (Instructed by Tom) Today, Sharron helped me apply for a license (super nice person), and Marc spent a lot of time with me answering different questions I had. (Really nice/knowledgeable guy) I have had contact with other employees in the past, and all were extremely helpful. Since moving to the area last year I have been looking for my "go to" gun store, and have found it at On Target. When you are there, you can tell they want you to feel confident with you purchases and the classes you take. They are not the closest gun store to me, but definitely are my family's gun store and training center. Whether you are new to shootin' or an old pro, you will not be disappointed with On Target.

Not as nice as the one in Lake Forest but they had some maintenance stuff that nobody else had locally. They were the only place that I could find that had it. Again the Lake Forest location is much larger, nicer and more convenient for me, but this place came in very handy when I needed them. Thank you!

Seems like a nice facility (havnt shot here), they have quite a few discount days for everyone. Nice inventory of new/used guns. Knowledgeable staff, they have a membership available to anyone and if you shoot often enough it’s quite the deal. Check em out. Clean store friendly people and tons of knowledge what else could you ask for.
